These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of service Packs through the online store on finse.pt, made available by Finse. By completing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. Who is selling
Orders placed through this website are entered into with Finse, headquartered at Av. Fernão de Magalhães N.º 153, 2.º Andar – Escritório 5, 3000-176 Coimbra, Portugal, Tax ID [to be completed], reachable at geral@finse.pt or 910 920 980.
2. Order process
When you configure a Pack and proceed to checkout, a summary showing your chosen configuration and the final price is presented before any payment. The price shown is always recalculated and confirmed by our systems at the time of the order — no value submitted by the client side is accepted without that confirmation. The order is only considered accepted once payment is confirmed (or, where applicable, once we have directly agreed on a payment method).
3. Prices and VAT
All prices shown in the store are expressed in euros (€). We always indicate whether VAT is included in or added to the displayed price, at the legally applicable rate. We reserve the right to change Pack prices at any time, without affecting orders already confirmed.
4. Payment
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Finse never sees or stores your payment card details. The order moves to confirmed payment status as soon as we receive confirmation from Stripe.
5. Confirmation and start of service
After payment is confirmed, we send an order confirmation email to the address provided at checkout. The Finse team then gets in touch to begin activating and delivering the contracted service.
6. Invoicing
The invoice for your purchase is issued and sent separately by Finse; the summary shown on the website’s confirmation page is not itself an invoicing document.
7. Right of withdrawal
Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014 (implementing EU consumer rights rules), you have 14 calendar days from the date of your order to withdraw from the contract, without giving any reason. See our Cancellations and Refunds Policy for details, including the exceptions that apply when you request the service to begin before that period has elapsed.
8. Complaints
Any complaint relating to a purchase can be submitted via geral@finse.pt or through our Electronic Complaints Book (a Portuguese regulatory requirement).
9. Governing law
These Terms of Sale are governed by Portuguese law, including applicable consumer protection legislation.
