This policy explains how the right of cancellation and refund works for Pack purchases made through Finse’s online store (finse.pt).
1. Right of withdrawal (14 days)
Under Portuguese Decree-Law No. 24/2014, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 calendar days from the date of your order, without giving any reason and without incurring any costs, except as set out in the following section.
2. Exception for services already started
If you expressly request that performance of the contracted service begin before the 14-day period has elapsed, and the service is fully performed within that period, you lose the right of withdrawal once the service has been fully completed. If withdrawal is exercised while the service has been partially performed, an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided up to the time you notified us of your decision to withdraw is due.
3. How to cancel
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at geral@finse.pt or 910 920 980, stating your order number and your decision to cancel. There is no specific form required, but we recommend doing so in writing (email) for proof purposes.
4. Refunds
Where applicable, refunds are processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase, within a maximum of 14 days from the date we were informed of your decision to cancel. In cases of partial service performance (see section 2), the refund corresponds to the amount paid less the amount proportionate to the service already provided.
5. Cancellation by Finse
We reserve the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances (for example, service unavailability or well-founded suspicion of fraud), in which case we will fully refund the amount paid.
